CULTIVATION & PROCESSING
Very low acidity of 0.14%
The quality of olive oil is directly associated with its acidity level – the lower the better. This year was very successful for Koutsodimos, as his product’s acidity is just 0.14%! This excellent result shows the fruits were processed very soon after they were picked from the tree.
Certified Bio
Koutsodimos farm uses no chemicals on his trees. They are grown high on the hills above his village, tens of kilometers away from any industrial activity and car roads.
High polyphenolic content
Koutsodimos organic extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively by unripe olives in their early stage of ripeness so that a high amount of polyphenols in the fruit will go directly in the oil. To ensure that, Koutsodimos processes the olives at only 22℃degrees. That is called cold press and guarantees the best results.

KORONEIKI & MANAKI OLIVES
The organoleptic test results defines Mr. Koutsodimos’s product as well balanced, fruity and piquant.

ORFEY GARDENS & KOUTSODIMOS
When I first called Mr. Koutsodimos last spring, his extra virgin olive oil was already gone. It became clear to me that his product was excellent and would be sold out soon after it was produced. Later when I tried a sample, the rich taste and flavor confirmed something I already knew – I had found a treasure! This was a handmade product of the kind Greek farmers keep for their own table.
I am passionate about Greek extra virgin olive oil which only Greeks can make and eat. So I decided I would wait until the next harvest and bring that quality to Japan! After a whole year building a closer relationship with Mr. Koutsodimos, this amazing product is finally here for everyone who wants to try a unique olive oil.
